What We Can Do for You
Prototyping
For clients who design their own products, waiting for the manufacturer to create and send back the first physical prototype can be expensive in time and money. But through the method of 3d printing you are able to get a dimensionally accurate and cost effective product back to you within a week if not days.
Mass production
With a total of 9 machines and with medium to large build plates, being able to mass print prototypes or products has a rapid turn around. Ensuring your products are not delayed in any stage of the production.
Design Services
This service varies, I have only had about 3-4 months of experience with CAD work. So this very much limits my ability of custom design and re-design work. But I am more than happy to give every job a look at and gauge whether or not it is inside my scope of work and if it is not I will be very transparent about it to ensure the best outcome for your product.
Post Processing
Working on the project until the end result is something both you and I are happy with. This involves the clean up of any filament debris left on the part during the print such as build plate adhesions and part support structures, when the part leaves my workshop I will personally ensure it is as requested.
