Ease of Use: PLA is one of the easiest materials to work with in 3D printing. It has low warp and adhesion tendencies during printing

Biodegradability: PLA is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. It is biodegradable under the right conditions, making it environmentally friendly compared to petroleum-based plastics

Wide Availability: PLA is widely available in various colours and formulations, including standard PLA, PLA blends (e.g., PLA with additives like wood fibers or metallic particles), and specialty PLA (e.g., heat-resistant PLA, flexible PLA)

Food Safety: PLA is considered food-safe once printed, provided it is not exposed to high temperatures that could cause it to degrade or release harmful chemicals which is 60c.
